We are pleased to announce that these children have been voted by their peers to represent their class in the Eco-council. This is a very important role withing the school community. A school Eco-council representative needs to have good communication skills and be prepared to consider the views of others and share these at school Eco-council meetings.

The programme prompts young people to explore a variety of environmental issues, including climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss. Pupils are then empowered to plan and deliver environmental actions in their school, local community, and beyond.
Assembly - Herts University Sustainability support
We had Herts University come in and talk to the children about all the things we could do both at home and at school to support our environment.
Some of these ideas will be taken on by the Eco-council to start our own projects to help our school and local environment.
